Flu can affect you much more seriously if you are 'at risk'. You should consider having your free seasonal vaccination if you are:
- Over 65
- Pregnant
- A full time carer
Or if you have:
- A heart problem
- Respiratory problems such as asthema or breathing difficulties, including bronchitis or emphysema
- Kidney disease
- Liver disease
- Diabetes
- Previously had a stroke or a mini stroke (transient iscgaemic attack)
- A neurological condition like multiple scherosis (MS) or cerebral palsey
- Lowered immunity due to disease or treatment
